In my artistic practice, I am always interested in the idea of recycling and collecting. That’s why Nevelson’s assemblages inspire me so much.
I imagine her picking up and gathering all these objects, pieces and debris from the pavements of New York to transform them into art. Starting with rubbish to create beauty, starting with a small piece of wood to compose a large installation…
In homage to Louise Nevelson, I have gathered here extracts from nature gleaned during my walks and encounters.

Dans ma pratique artistique, je suis toujours intéressée par l’idée de récupérer et de collectionner. Dès lors, les assemblages de Nevelson m’inspirent particulièrement.
Je l’imagine, ramassant, glanant tous ces objets, morceaux, débris sur les trottoirs de New York pour les transformer en art. Partir d’un rebut pour créer du beau, partir d’un petit bout de bois pour composer une grande installation.
En hommage à Louise Nevelson, je réunis ici des extraits de nature glanés au fil de mes promenades et de mes rencontres
